Basement Waterproofing Before & After Photos

This Crawl Space had some major water leakage. Our Team addressed this issue by installing a WaterGuard sub floor drainage system, with Drainage Matting over the entire floor, and a Smart Sump pumping system. We then sealed the Crawl Space from vapor intrusion with the CleanSpace Encapsulation liner. The homeowner now has a dry usable Crawl Space, that looks Great!

This is a good example of our team being able to work around existing obstacles.  This Basement in particular had an in floor heating system that our team was able to locate and avoid with the help of a thermal imager.
