I was having problems with a foundation wall, it was cracked and pushed in. I found NBS through internet search. I was quickly contacted by the office staff who i found to be courteous. Corey, my represenative, was very informative and helpful. I called several previous customers of NBS and all were very pleased with the company. I decided to move forward with the work and received great communication throughout the project. The crew members were kind and i was left with no mess. I would defiently recommend NBS. 

Our representative Corey was excellent! Very informative, clear, and convincing credibility. When it came time for install, the crew arrived on time and they were very courteous. We appreciated them putting up a plastic dust barrier to keep the house upstairs free of dust. The cleanup was excellent and better than expected, especially considering the amount of dust generated by the job. 

The office staff was excellent, and Dennis did a very good job at explaining benefits of the product. The crew was courteous and we are satisfied with the cleanup. We are very happy the house smells better, and it is nice knowing that we are not breathing in nasty odors. Makes for a healthier home!

Northland Basement Systems has a nice ad on the internet and i appreciated their prompt response to my inquiry.  The office staff as well as the installation crew were friendly and polite and i am pleased with the outcome of my garage apron/sidewalk PolyLevel project.  I suggest your company advertising more in the WI area.  Just advertise and you'll get people responding.  

My son was so satisfied with the work he had done by Northland Basement Systems that when it was time for me to correct the water issue i was experiencing in my basement, I only contacted Northland to give me a quote.  My representative, Dennis Kontny, explained everything thoroughly including showing the actual job on his computer.  The installation crew stopped by the afternoon before my scheduled installation date to check over the basement, and completed my job a day sooner than the scheudling department had anticipated.  I now have a dry basement.  I would recommend Northland Basement Systems to anyone.
