The fact that NBS had financing available helped in my decision to chose them over another company. The crew was polite and Tim, the crew leader, was great. My representative, Cory Aspinwall, was great at explanations and my installation crew was very "nose-to-the-grindstone."  Polite!  Cleanup was excellent - couldn't tell they were here.  I would recommend NBS to anyone.

I was not present during the installation process but my family members reported that the installation crew arrived as scheduled and was very nice. I returned home to a clean basement. Thank you.

Northland Basement Systems has a nice ad on the internet and i appreciated their prompt response to my inquiry.  The office staff as well as the installation crew were friendly and polite and i am pleased with the outcome of my garage apron/sidewalk PolyLevel project.  I suggest your company advertising more in the WI area.  Just advertise and you'll get people responding.
